De Rol

Je beweegt op strategisch niveau en brengt financiële scherpte in besluitvorming.

  • Je adviseert directie, college en bestuur over financiële strategie en risico’s.
  • Je stuurt op begroting, meerjarenraming en grote investeringsvraagstukken.
  • Je weegt scenario’s rondom sociaal domein, grondexploitaties en kapitaalprojecten.
  • Je leidt integraal de P&C-kalender en borgt kwaliteit, tijdigheid en bestuurlijke bruikbaarheid.
  • Je professionaliseert de koppeling tussen doelen, middelen en maatschappelijke impact.
  • Je ontwikkelt bestuurlijke handelingsopties op basis van scenario’s en risicoanalyses.
  • Je brengt rust en structuur in complexe dossiers met politieke gevoeligheid.
  • Je coacht medior en junior controllers binnen de organisatie.
