• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with additional scripting languages such as Perl is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of genomics, genetics, molecular biology, and biological data analysis.
• Experience with databases, data management, and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Linux environments.
