In your position as Senior Associate, you will oversee one or multiple workstreams, combining strategic design with initial implementation steps. Your role involves defining the direction for FinTech and translating that vision into actionable plans, establishing the foundational elements that turn strategy into reality. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to move initiatives from ideation to early implementation, navigating ambiguity and shaping the delivery process.
