In this role, you will have the chance to assist entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses by providing tailored debt solutions that support growth, acquisitions, and transitions. As the demand for expert capital structuring and financing advice increases, you will engage in a variety of challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills.

De Rol

As a Senior Associate, you will be crucial in project execution and client support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancing, and restructuring processes.
• Conducting financial and company analyses, building complex financial models, assessing capital structures, and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Helping prepare complex financial models, financing memoranda, and management meetings.
• Participating in client meetings, lender negotiations, and transaction structuring discussions.
• Guiding and reviewing the work of junior analysts, while collaborating closely with mid-level team members.

Vereisten

• A hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to build something new.
• A master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking, preferably in leveraged finance, structured finance, or debt advisory.
• Native Dutch fluency and strong written and verbal English skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• A solid understanding of financing structures, credit analysis, and LMA documentation.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset.
