Als Senior Associate binnen onze Corporate M&A-praktijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van nationale en internationale M&A-transacties. Je fungeert als primair aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, neemt actief deel aan onderhandelingen en coördineert het transactieproces. Je begeleidt junior advocaten in hun ontwikkeling en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van de praktijk. Wij zoeken een juridisch sterke en pragmatische advocaat met 5-7 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare M&A-praktijk, die proactief en cliëntgericht werkt.
