In this role, you will report to the EMEA Local Creation Senior Apparel Design Manager and work closely with Apparel Design, Footwear, and Graphics teams. You will also collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Material teams across EMEA and global counterparts to create cohesive, consumer-focused product stories.

• Design and develop seasonal apparel concepts aligned with EMEA consumer insights and trends.
• Utilize color, materials, trims, and construction to build strong, cohesive product stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, and Footwear teams.
• Communicate design intent clearly through sketches, presentations, and prototypes.
• Monitor sample development and ensure timely execution from concept to final product.
• Make informed design decisions balancing creativity, cost, and speed-to-market.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation across teams.
