CBRE Europe Advisory is developing an innovative AI skills program aimed at empowering employees with the necessary knowledge and tools for an AI-enabled workplace. The Senior AI Trainer for Europe will lead the flagship Level 3 training initiative, providing customized expert sessions aligned with CBRE's specific business lines, tools, and use cases.

Program Delivery

Design and conduct live AI training sessions tailored to CBRE's business lines across Europe, building upon foundational learning from Levels 1 and 2.

Needs Analysis

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify pertinent AI use cases, workflows, and challenges specific to CBRE’s Advisory practice.

Content Development

Create session content that is practical and directly applicable, aligned with CBRE’s strategic AI priorities and the enterprise AI toolset, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, as well as Google Gemini, GPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Suno, Notebook LM, HeyGen, Seedance, and other relevant generative AI applications.

Facilitation

Lead engaging and high-quality sessions for diverse audiences across various markets, adjusting your delivery style and content as needed.

Program Iteration

Monitor engagement, collect feedback, and refine content to ensure ongoing quality and relevance.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with the AI Lead and HR/L&D teams to integrate training sessions into the broader Academy calendar and communication strategies.

What You Will Need To Apply

• Experience integrating AI tools within advisory or transaction-focused teams.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Recognized AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI-900/AI-102, Google Cloud Generative AI, AWS AI Practitioner) or equivalent experience.
• Basic coding/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or no-code/low-code) for demonstrating API calls and simple agent flows.
• Mastery of Microsoft Copilot and Claude, including advanced prompting and workflows, with the ability to showcase complex use cases to senior audiences.
• Proficiency in a variety of LLMs and AI applications, including Google Gemini, Perplexity, Gamma, Suno, and others, with an understanding of their strengths and pricing.
• In-depth technical knowledge of core AI concepts and enterprise IT architecture, enabling you to address complex questions from participants.
• Multilingual skills (English required; additional European languages preferred).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering AI training programs in large organizations.
• A strong track record of engaging with Director-level stakeholders and working across diverse European markets.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Ability to translate strategic AI goals into practical, relevant training content.
