The Role

As a Senior Administrative and Legal Assistant, you will independently plan, organize, and schedule complex administrative and legal support tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating corporate governance and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of departmental operations, policies, and procedures to manage administrative processes, including legal spending and stakeholder interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel logistics.
• Organize documentation and perform data entry into digital or physical systems.
• Leverage digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency and support legal processes.
• Address complex administrative and technical issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most challenging problems.
• Support corporate governance for Dutch legal entities, including maintaining records and preparing documentation for board meetings and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate governance activities across legal, tax, finance, and treasury teams, ensuring compliance with Dutch legal requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
