How You'll Make An Impact

• Assist in evaluating and structuring Captive Programs customized to client requirements.
• Collaborate with our Treaty business teams to ensure effective placement and management of Captive business.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the EMEA region.
• Help us reach ambitious growth objectives.
• Deliver expert actuarial insights to create innovative reinsurance and risk management solutions.

About You

• You are an experienced actuary with a minimum of 4 years in the profession.
• Your experience may encompass auditing, consultancy, captives, reinsurance, or broking.
• You possess a solid understanding of various lines of business and their interrelations.
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
• You are a natural networker with outstanding collaboration skills.
• You are adaptable and open to working from one of our primary locations.
