THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls. The ideal candidate will have experience with Finance ERP, Medius AP Automation, and a solid understanding of the Purchase Order lifecycle in a retail context. You will excel in a fast-paced international environment, showcasing strong organizational skills and professionalism. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will support the financial operations of the business. ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice Processing & Vendor Management • Accurately process supplier invoices through Medius and M3, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Validate invoice documentation and coding, allocating costs correctly. • Manage invoice workflows for timely approvals and resolution of exceptions. • Maintain vendor master data and develop strong relationships with external vendors. Purchase Order Management • Review invoices against approved Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts. • Resolve PO-related discrepancies and work closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to the Purchase-to-Pay process. Payments & Cash Management • Prepare and process weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with payment terms. • Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment status. Reconciliations & Controls • Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and monitor AP aging balances. • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Team & Administrative Support • Manage shared Accounts Payable mailboxes and process employee expense claims. • Contribute to improving Accounts Payable processes. THE PROFILE: Experience & Knowledge • 3-4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in an international retail or fashion environment. • Hands-on experience with M3 ERP and Medius AP Automation is preferred. • Strong understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay process and European VAT regulations. Education • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Relevant accounting or Accounts Payable certifications are an advantage. Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive mindset. • Professional integrity with a commitment to confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
