In this role, you will lead your team to success, define the audit strategy, and review annual accounts for leading companies at Deloitte. You will be an indispensable first point of contact within the Audit Team, serving diverse clients and auditing complex items in financial statements. Your expertise will also contribute to defining the audit strategy, especially in the area of ESG (sustainability). We operate in a hybrid model, allowing you to work in the office, from client locations across the Netherlands, or from home.

Requirements

• A completed Master's degree.
• A qualification as a Registered Accountant (RA), CA, or CPA, or currently pursuing this qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written; Dutch language skills are a plus.

What Impact Will You Make?

As a Senior Accountant, you will develop the service delivery plan for clients in collaboration with Partners and Managers, identify problem areas and risks, and provide concrete advice. You will also take responsibility for input required for internal and external reporting and serve as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
