We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will take ownership of significant areas of the monthly close and financial reporting cycle. This position requires a blend of technical accounting expertise and operational discipline to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned segments of the monthly and quarterly close process
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Maintain the general ledger while ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
• Collaborate with FP&A on variance analysis and management reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in automating manual workflows

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, including ownership of monthly close processes
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficient in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of ownership
