Our EMEA Mid-Market international team is focused on expanding our advertising engine outside the US by onboarding and growing advertisers to meet their marketing goals. This is your chance to be part of a team that expands Reddit's reach, designs strategies, develops a high-performing sales team, and introduces Reddit to new markets. We are seeking motivated self-starters to help build this team from the ground up.

We are introducing a new position in our Mid-Market team that will be fully responsible for growing our book of business, managing both the pre and post-sales journey for our clients. You will take ownership of your own book of business, leading strategic conversations, implementation, and optimizations to enhance account growth. Building and maintaining relationships with both direct clients and agencies will be crucial to achieving their business objectives through Reddit's advertising suite. You will collaborate closely with the wider Mid-Market DACH Team to define best practices, processes, and improvements that enable sustainable growth and efficiency.

This role requires in-person work from our Amsterdam office.
