Playson is looking for an exceptional Senior 2D Artist to transform our gaming visions into stunning realities. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our creative process, collaborating with a team of like-minded professionals to design captivating visuals for our games.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mood boards, brainstorming sessions, and market trend analysis to inspire new projects.
• Design game symbols, characters, and promotional materials, ensuring our art leads the market.
• Refine and perfect artwork based on feedback from the team and stakeholders, contributing to trend-setting games.
• Prepare 2D artworks for animation, ensuring smooth transitions from static images to dynamic visuals.
• Actively engage in the Playson Art Community, sharing ideas and inspiration while benefiting from access to the latest tools, courses, and training for professional development.
• Enhance not only visual quality but also product thinking that supports business impact.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a 2D Artist in the slots game industry.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and similar raster graphics applications; experience with 3D is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, anatomy, and diverse art styles; classical art education is a plus.
• Ability to take charge of your creative process and collaborate closely with the team, conceptualizing and creating captivating visuals.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing and receiving constructive feedback in a transparent and positive team atmosphere.
• As a senior artist, you will own the creative process, bringing a product-focused approach to your work and incorporating continuous feedback from domain experts.
