We're not looking for prompt engineers who just run Claude wrappers; we want someone who thinks in exploits, breathes assembly, and sees AI agents as tools rather than replacements for human thought. Human first, AI assists—that's the agreement.

The Role:

You will choose your own targets—network equipment, ICS, enterprise software, or anything challenging and worth breaking. Your mission is to discover bugs that no one else has found and explain to the rest of us why they were overlooked. Your output will include publishing CVEs, writing blog posts, and giving conference talks under your own name, with our support, helping you build a genuine reputation in the community.

What We Offer:

We provide substantial local compute resources for LLM-assisted research and over 1TB of RAM wherever you need it. You will have access to a real bare metal lab, not just a presentation. You will be part of a small team of engineers who care about the technical realities behind the marketing. Additionally, you will gain 24/7 incident response exposure, as you learn more from one real incident than from six months of theory.

Where:

Hybrid work if you're near Amsterdam, or remote if you're not. Location is noise; output is signal.
