As a Screen Print Assistant/Operator, you will support the screen printing production process for high-quality heat transfer products used by global apparel brands, sports teams, and manufacturers. Your role will involve preparing print jobs, mixing inks, assisting in production activities, and ensuring product quality. Working within a skilled production team, you'll gain experience with specialized printing technologies, color management, and chemical processes in a modern manufacturing setting. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Mix and prepare inks according to Pantone color specifications and customer requirements.
- Check ink quality and viscosity before production starts.
- Maintain ink inventory levels and document customer-specific formulas.
- Prepare screen printing equipment and production materials.
- Assist operators during printing runs by loading and feeding materials.
- Monitor print quality and report deviations or machine issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle inks, chemicals, and waste according to safety and environmental procedures.
