Your role involves managing the scientific positioning and dossiers of our products, analyzing and demonstrating their value, and addressing inquiries regarding product dossiers. You will collect and interpret customer feedback, identify opportunities for product improvement, and contribute to new product development projects while monitoring market developments in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scientific positioning and dossiers of our products.
• Analyze and demonstrate the value of our products.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product dossiers.
• Collect, review, and interpret customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and process optimization.
• Contribute to new product development projects.
• Advise on new commercial and technical opportunities.
• Monitor market developments within your expertise.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree level of thinking and working.
• Knowledge of probiotics and their properties.
• Experience with testing, analyses, research, and product dossiers.
• Knowledge of project and knowledge management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting scientific and technical data.
• Meticulous approach to managing and documenting product dossiers.
• Ability to influence and build support among stakeholders.
• Ability to identify societal, scientific, and market developments.
