Weet jij een schoolcultuur te creëren waarin ruimte is voor verbinding, vertrouwen en samenwerking? Dan is De Grote Reis op zoek naar jou! Samen met de adjunct-directeur geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van De Grote Reis. Daarbij heb je oog voor de kwaliteit van het onderwijs en durf je hierin keuzes te maken en je uit te spreken. Je staat achter je medewerkers en geeft hun ruimte om hun professionaliteit en expertise in te zetten.

De Grote Reis is een Daltonschool die zich richt op de brede ontwikkeling van het kind. Niet alleen de kernvakken (rekenen, taal en lezen) staan centraal, maar we geven juist ook aandacht aan de vaardigheden die een mens nodig heeft in de maatschappij.
