Als Schilder Planmatig Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en afwerken van schilderwerk. Je komt te werken in een duurzame en klantgerichte omgeving met een focus op samenwerking.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schilderen en onderhoud van verschillende objecten. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail. Je herkent je in onze kernwaarden: duurzaam, klantgericht, gedreven, en samenwerken.

Vereisten

MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau
Kennis en vaardigheden om je werk objectief te beoordelen
Rijbewijs B is een pre
Nauwkeurig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht
Zelfstandig en sociale vaardigheden

Wat We Bieden

Salaris gebaseerd op CAO SAVG uurlonen, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring
Onbepaalde duur
Minimaal 32 uur per week

Verantwoordelijkheden

65%: Voorbehandelen van ondergrond, aanbrengen van grond- en hechtlagen en afwerking (inclusief spuiten)
25%: Kleine reparaties (hout/muur/beton), kitten, impregneren, hoge druk reiniging
10%: Urenregistratie en invullen van alle gevraagde formulieren ('de administratie')
