De Rol:
Je maakt calculaties van autoschades met behulp van Audatex. Je bestelt de benodigde onderdelen en bewaakt het proces. Je onderhoudt contact met verzekerings- en leasemaatschappijen om dossiers correct af te wikkelen. Zorg je ervoor dat de wensen van de klant nauwkeurig worden vertaald naar de werkplaats. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, werkplaats en externe partijen. Je werkt in een hecht team van ervaren professionals, fulltime of parttime.
