As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Manager focusing on Controlling and Project System (CO-PS), you will spearhead business and technology transformations in finance and controlling for complex manufacturing settings. Your role involves translating client objectives into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, shaping the functional and integration architecture, and guiding delivery from discovery through implementation and stabilization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in financial architecture, manufacturing controlling, plan and actual costing, and the financial aspects of SAP Project System, while also possessing a broad understanding of end-to-end S/4HANA architecture. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, including distributed and remote teams, and assist clients in defining the strategic roadmap for Finance evolution within SAP. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of our SAP Practice by developing propositions, supporting business development, and enhancing Finance and Controlling capabilities within the team.

The SAP Competence Center supports organizations in effectively implementing SAP S/4HANA and related SAP applications, bridging the gap between business and IT.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, emphasizing Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), product costing, actual costing, and manufacturing controlling in complex industrial environments.
Advise clients on S/4HANA Finance target architecture, finance transformation roadmaps, SAP best practices, and the strategic evolution of Finance capabilities.
Shape end-to-end integration architecture between S/4HANA Finance and logistics, including Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Plant Maintenance, and Project System.
Design and govern integration between S/4HANA and enterprise reporting, analytics, and financial planning solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Manage Finance and CO-PS workstreams, overseeing scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, resources, architecture governance, and delivery.
Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams, enhancing SAP Finance capabilities within the practice.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support proposals, solution shaping, architecture discussions, and business development activities.
