We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to take charge of the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of our Salesforce instance. This role ensures the system remains clean, workflows are efficient, and users are productive.

The Role

You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows. Additionally, you will build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for the sales and customer service teams. You will manage user access, permissions, profiles, and roles, implement and maintain automation using Flow and Process Builder, and manage integrations with marketing automation, billing, and support tools. Training end users and providing ongoing support will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a high-growth environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) is required.
• Hands-on experience with Flow, declarative automation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with integrations (HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and change management discipline.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
