De Rol

• Client Acquisition: Drive portfolio growth by identifying prospects, executing direct phone outreach, networking at key international trade events, and arranging face-to-face commercial meetings.
• Onboarding & Execution: Guide new accounts onto our proprietary trading system (Viridian), generate active order flow, and execute compliant market transactions.
• Account Expansion: Maximize client lifetime value by pitching complementary solutions from our broader environmental product portfolio.
• Pipeline Management & Research: Maintain accurate sales activity within CRM systems while keeping a close eye on EU ETS market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic level.
• Experience: 0–3 years of commercial track record (e.g., Sales Trading, Brokering, or Business Development). A strong inclination toward direct sales and outbound outreach is essential.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Greek.
• Mindset: High energy, resilient, and self-driven. You embrace commercial targets and take pride in closing business deals.
