As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth commercial operations across multiple European markets. You will be the link between customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and finance departments, ensuring that orders are handled accurately and customers receive an outstanding service experience. No two days are the same. One moment you will be assisting customers with urgent requests, while the next you are coordinating international shipments, preparing quotations, or liaising with stakeholders across Europe.

Vereisten

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or Commercial Support
• Fluent English communication skills (essential)
• Greek, French, Turkish, or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
• Living within 30 minutes of Nieuw-Vennep (non-negotiable)
• Holding a permanent Dutch work permit, EU citizenship, or unrestricted right to work in the Netherlands (non-negotiable)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and preferably SAP
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
