As one of the world's largest salt suppliers, their products serve a wide range of applications, from food processing to pharmaceuticals, water softening to agriculture, and household salts to various industrial uses. The company operates multiple production sites and sales offices across Europe, including a production facility in Hengelo and a Sales & Marketing office in Amersfoort.
In the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Sales department located in Amersfoort, reporting to the Commercial Director based in Paris. Your responsibilities will include providing sales support for various commercial divisions.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Registreren en up-to-date houden van klantgegevens en prijzen in de systemen.
- Actieve betrokkenheid bij het contractmanagementproces en andere specifieke sales gerelateerde projecten.
- Delen van kennis met verschillende interne teams en bijdragen aan standaardisatie en harmonisatie van processen en systemen.
- Afhandelen van aanvragen van potentiële klanten en consumenten.
- Behandelen van kwaliteitsvragen van klanten, versturen van kwaliteitsdocumenten en invullen van questionnaires, in samenwerking met QA voor benodigde informatie.
- Invoeren en onderhouden van kortingen, bonussen en toeslagen, inclusief het beheren van promotiebudgetten en factuurafhandeling.
- Nauw samenwerken met een collega Sales Support Specialist en frequent contact hebben met de 10 Sales Managers. Rapporteren aan de Industrial Sales Director.
