The Role

As a Sales Stylist, you will act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in selecting products that align with their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will help customers express their personal style and integrate Kate Spade products into their wardrobes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, showcasing strong product knowledge.
• Listen actively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice and suggest complementary products.
• Use creativity to demonstrate various ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles.
• Assist customers during their purchase journey and ensure a smooth checkout process.
• Celebrate customer choices and invite them to return.

Requirements

• Proven sales skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Awareness of social media and eagerness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Proficiency in English (or local language as required).
