The Role

As the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations for Europe Sales and work closely with the MD for Northern Europe Enterprise Sales. Your focus will be on developing and implementing data-driven strategies to accelerate growth in this essential business area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Northern Europe Enterprise sales leadership to define and deploy strategic and operational initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and sales productivity.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decision-making on Sales priorities and monitor progress.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance (revenue, operating metrics) to identify opportunities and risks.
• Present actionable insights and recommended solutions to drive business actions.
• Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, analyzing data, and formulating recommendations.
• Influence cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product & Engineering, and Client Solutions.
• Support the execution of the broader Northern Europe and International Enterprise Sales strategy.
• Identify opportunities for consistency and scale within the team.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis and improve the quality of insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy & operations, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or tech/media.
• Direct experience in digital ad sales strategy & operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive impact in complex environments.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strategic focus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly for research and analysis.

In-Office Requirement Statement

This role requires in-person collaboration at least one day per week, necessitating proximity to the Pinterest Amsterdam office.

Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from €71,432 to €132,149 EUR, with eligibility for equity. Final salary will depend on various factors, including location and experience.
