Within the AWS WW Commercial Sales (WWCS) organization, the Sales Strategy and Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting leadership and operational teams in achieving key objectives and enhancing productivity.

The Role

AWS is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Europe North. This position combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence, utilizing data analysis and modeling to assist Sales Leaders and their teams. You will be pivotal in maintaining business health and facilitating data-informed decisions throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.
• Design and deliver regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain monthly health of business models and manage various financial modeling projects.
• Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics and identify opportunities for new metrics development.
• Transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions and provide data-driven recommendations through detailed analysis.
• Create customized reports to address specific business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical skills in data extraction and modeling.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling large datasets and supporting multiple sales teams simultaneously.
