The Role

As the Sales Manager for France, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the region. This role requires a proactive approach to building customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will lead negotiations, manage margins, and develop long-term partnerships while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth in France and expand business opportunities in Southern Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new business.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, contracts, and margin management.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to enhance Tradin Organic's market position.
• Represent Tradin Organic at customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Monitor performance and contribute to the regional sales budget to achieve targets.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of B2B commercial experience in food ingredients, agri-commodities, or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing the full commercial cycle, including pricing and negotiations.
• Strong customer relationship skills with a commercial focus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate, with a willingness to travel up to 40% across Europe, mainly in France.
• Experience in the organic food industry or interest in sustainability is a plus.
