• Relevant commercial and technical background with an M.Sc. (Eng.), Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent degree in Energy Technology, Power Plant Technology, Environmental Technology, Thermal Engineering, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience in engineering and/or proposal-related roles, with an advantage for experience in process and power plants.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities and precision under pressure.
• Proven success in achieving results, preparing and negotiating contracts with international customers.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of working effectively in task-oriented, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and language skills, particularly fluent English, with a willingness to travel.

The position can be based in either our Espoo or Varkaus office.
