The Role

In this position, you will report to the Sales Director for FlexPack & Dye Sublimation. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and expanding sales through existing accounts and creating new ones for dye sublimation papers in your region.
• Enhancing market position and share by collaborating with the Dye Sublimation sales team, sharing market insights, and implementing strategies to achieve budget goals.
• Coordinating customer sales orders and claims, ensuring effective communication with customer service and technical teams to build strong relationships.
• Supporting agents in your sales region with commercial strategies and assisting them in strengthening market presence.
• Contributing to product development and launches by providing market feedback and insights.
• Maintaining and updating sales data in Salesforce, including leads and prospects.
• Representing Sappi at international trade fairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dye sublimation product sales, with specific knowledge and connections in the fashion industry being a plus.
• Proven success in managing international accounts, with a solid understanding of market strategies in complex organizations.
• Knowledge of dye sublimation papers is advantageous, along with a strong network in the fashion and sportswear sectors.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, commercial awareness, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Solid intercultural competencies and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly motivated with a structured, target-oriented work style.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
