We are looking for a Sales Manager to guide a team of 5–10 Account Executives towards achieving their quotas. This position involves a mix of coaching and operational responsibilities, focusing on building forecast accuracy, maintaining deal discipline, and fostering a high-performing team.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to meet sales targets.
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings, deal reviews, and one-on-one sessions.
• Provide coaching on discovery techniques, deal strategy, and negotiation skills.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams that consistently achieve quotas.
• Strong discipline in forecast and pipeline management.
• Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales tools.
• A coaching mindset with a focus on individual growth for Account Executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and engage with executive stakeholders.
