We are looking for a Sales Executive to take ownership of a quota and drive new business across mid-market accounts. This role encompasses full-cycle sales, including building a pipeline, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to onboard customers who will grow with us.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a quota across a defined territory or account list, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. You will conduct discovery calls, demos, and proposals with prospect stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms, and lead contract closures. Additionally, you will maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM, while partnering with marketing, BDR, and customer success teams on coordinated efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a closing role
• Proven track record of consistently meeting quotas
• Strong skills in discovery and value selling
• Proficient with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resilience and self-motivation in commission-driven environments
