The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will transform urgent questions regarding AI and digital resilience into actionable opportunities. You will manage the assigned framework business, build trusted relationships with clients, and lead opportunities from qualification to delivery handover. This position requires a balance of long-term account development and quick execution, allowing you to engage with senior stakeholders and lead time-sensitive responses.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationships for assigned Defence framework contracts, including both single-profile and multi-profile professional services opportunities.
• Develop an account view based on client priorities, security risks, and procurement signals.
• Qualify demand by clarifying client problems, expected outcomes, decision processes, budgets, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead mini-competitions, call-offs, proposals, pricing, negotiations, renewals, and account growth.
• Collaborate with Atos and Eviden experts, subcontractors, and partners to shape credible responses.
• Coordinate sales, delivery, bid, resource, and pricing teams to ensure commitments are commercially viable and deliverable.
• Accurately manage pipeline, forecast, margin, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Maintain client trust through disciplined communication, confidentiality, compliance, and reliable follow-through.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in professional services, IT staffing, framework sales, or managed capacity.
• Proven track record with complex procurement and competitive framework responses.
• Experience in managing pipeline, order entry, margin, and forecasting.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to listen, refine questions, and convert demand into practical solutions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and create new demand actively.
• Capability to execute calmly under tight deadlines, with a focus on detail and compliance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Defence, central government, or other regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, digital sovereignty, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of public-sector call-offs, mini-competitions, and renewals.
