• Conduct detailed analysis of pricing structures, promotional effectiveness, and customer-specific pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customer segmentation models for differentiated pricing strategies and contract structures.
• Perform market research and competitor benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning.
• Monitor customer profitability and assess the viability of new products and services through pricing analysis.
• Own governance of price lists, discount frameworks, and pricing policies.
• Coordinate annual price increases, promotional campaigns, and pricing harmonization across regions.
• Support contract negotiations and provide pricing recommendations for strategic opportunities.
• Develop commercial tools and resources to enhance sales team effectiveness.
• Create training materials on pricing strategies and deliver coaching on pricing excellence.
• Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track pricing performance and sales effectiveness.

• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Revenue Management, commercial pricing analysis, or business analytics.
• Proven ability to manage pricing operations and discount strategies across international markets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing pricing simulators and enablement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in another European language is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Power BI.
• Understanding of P&L mechanics and commercial contracting principles.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex pricing concepts clearly to non-analytical partners.
