We are looking for a commercially savvy leader to spearhead LG's TV and Audio business in the Netherlands, contributing significantly to the broader Benelux organization. You will manage a team of 9 sales professionals and guide retail execution teams to ensure sustainable growth, market share expansion, and profitability in the Dutch market. As the primary commercial contact for executive stakeholders in key strategic accounts, this role combines strategic thinking, people leadership, and direct commercial execution.

Salesstrategie en Business Development

• Develop and implement the commercial sales plan to meet revenue, market share, and profitability goals for the Dutch TV and Audio sector.
• Identify and establish new distributor and retail partnerships across the Netherlands.
• Manage key accounts, negotiating commercial terms with retail chains, electronics specialists, buying groups, and other online partners.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and bundling initiatives in alignment with broader EMEA or global strategies.

Key Account Leadership

• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key retail partners, buying groups, and strategic customers in the Netherlands.
• Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations, and collaborative growth initiatives with major accounts such as national retailers and e-commerce partners.
• Develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies to enhance market share, revenue, and profitability.

Performance Management

• Take full commercial responsibility for revenue, profitability, market share growth, and overall performance of LG's TV and Audio business in the Netherlands.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, sell-through, market share (sell-out), and margin, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance while focusing on long-term growth.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and performance dashboards to top management, along with actionable plans and solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer buying patterns to refine commercial strategies and tactics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing on retail marketing campaigns, store promotions, and product launches.
• Work closely with product management and logistics to ensure supply meets demand.
• Align with finance on budgeting, commercial incentives, promotional investments, and contract compliance.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a 9-person sales team across B2C channels.
• Set clear performance targets, conduct regular one-on-ones, and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Translate company strategy and top management priorities into actionable objectives and plans for team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure strong alignment and collaborative execution among Sales, Marketing, Retail Execution teams, and key stakeholders to drive a consistent go-to-market strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, encouraging a positive growth mindset.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training, overseeing career progression plans.

Wat je moet hebben

• 15+ years of commercial and sales experience, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership role within consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading commercial teams and managing key accounts in the Dutch market or wider Benelux region.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven leadership style with a strong execution mindset.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing relationships at the executive level.
• Strong financial acumen — ability to build P&L models, interpret profitability metrics, and make sound commercial decisions based on financial and market/internal data.
• Deep understanding of the Dutch retail landscape, including major retailers, e-commerce players, and buying groups.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal), with near-native Dutch being essential.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and business reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).

Nice-to-have

• International background or experience working across a multi-country territory.
• MBA or equivalent; a master's in economics, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with smart TV, streaming ecosystems, or high-end audio brands.
