The Account Development Representative (ADR) is essential for generating qualified sales pipeline and driving new business growth. You will work closely with Account Executives and the EMIA Sales Development team to identify and engage key decision-makers in target accounts, transforming outreach efforts into Stage 1 qualified opportunities (S1s) that contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to engage potential buyers within assigned accounts.
• Qualify prospects using the SPICED framework to ensure they meet the criteria for Stage 1 qualified opportunities (S1) before handing off to Account Executives.
• Facilitate introductory calls to confirm genuine interest and stakeholder alignment.
• Meet or exceed quarterly S1 qualified opportunity quotas.
• Maintain momentum on qualified opportunities and support S1-to-S2 conversion in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Follow up systematically with unqualified prospects, identifying alternative stakeholders.
• Develop multi-channel outreach strategies, including personalized email sequences and social selling.
• Build knowledge of Octave's product portfolio and relevant industry segments.
• Adhere to the Account-Based Prospecting (ABP) methodology and maintain accurate records in GO Win CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align prospecting efforts with key account strategies.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms; experience with GO Win or Salesloft is a plus.
• Comfortable in a structured, target-driven environment with clear KPIs.
• Ability to research accounts and articulate relevant buyer pain points.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in follow-up and pipeline management.
• Coachable and growth-oriented, open to feedback and committed to skill development.
• Dutch speaking.
