Als Cluster GM&E Sales Coordinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het organiseren van meetings, congressen, groepsverblijven of evenementen in onze drie hotels: Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague en DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. Of het nu gaat om een tweedaags congres, een boardmeeting met uitzicht, of een groot feest, jij zorgt ervoor dat de aanvraag omgezet wordt in een bevestigde boeking en vindt het hotel dat het beste past. Klanten voelen zich gehoord, van de eerste mail tot het getekende contract. Je verdeelt je tijd over onze drie hotels, waardoor je ze allemaal goed leert kennen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze GM&E Sales Manager binnen het commerciële team onder leiding van onze Commercial Director, en leert het salesvak van binnenuit bij een van de grootste hotelketens ter wereld.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Wat ga je doen?
- Aanvragen voor meetings, events en groepen opvolgen en omzetten in voorstellen en contracten die precies passen bij de klant.
- Kansen zien, zoals het extra diner, een beter arrangement of het zusterhotel dat nog beter aansluit.
- Klanten rondleiden tijdens site inspections in alle drie de hotels en ervoor zorgen dat alle afspraken helder worden vastgelegd.
- Duurzame relaties opbouwen met klanten en bureaus, zodat ze steeds weer bij ons terugkomen.
- Boekingen, systemen en rapportages nauwkeurig en up-to-date houden.
- Meedoen aan salesactiviteiten zoals sales blitzes en klantcalls, en je eigen ideeën inbrengen tijdens teamoverleggen.
