The Role:

Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
Capture high-quality photos and craft compelling listings for property portals.
Network with landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants.
Understand client needs and provide suitable leasing solutions.
Keep abreast of market trends.
Build trust through clear and consistent communication.

Requirements:

Strong background in sales or client-facing roles.
Fluent in English.
Valid driving license.
Proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Resilient, with a passion for achieving results and building relationships.
