As a Sales Consultant, you will represent our store, assisting customers in finding the right gear, apparel, and footwear to enhance their performance. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.

• Previous experience in a sport or fashion retail environment.
• Passion for sport, fitness, or fashion.
• Motivated by targets with knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, resilient, eager to learn, and curious.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Your Activities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Collaborate and drive sales by assisting with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, and general store upkeep to achieve store goals as a team.
• Take ownership of your learning by completing all applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness.
