Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and expert advice to customers by asking the right questions to uncover their true needs.
• Be commercially minded, energized by sales, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Restock shelves and ensure our garden and pet product range is always in top condition.
• Create attractive promotional displays with the right atmosphere and clear pricing.
• Receive new garden and pet products, ensuring they are quickly placed in the store after inspection and registration.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products, coordinating with what sells well.
• Assist at the cash register when colleagues need help.
