Sales and Customer Success Specialist (Brand Concierge) - Remote E-commerce

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Sales Specialist. This dynamic role serves as a vital link, ensuring every customer interaction is a high-end, personalized experience that fosters loyalty and maximizes revenue.

Responsibilities

• Direct Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and implement high-value sales actions, including upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to maximize the Average Order Value (AOV).
• Sales Recovery & Retention: Develop targeted strategies for abandoned cart assistance, subscription recovery, and winback campaigns to recapture lost sales and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Premium Customer Engagement: Act as the brand's voice via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, offering personalized product guidance and resolving inquiries expertly.
• Brand Concierge Service: Provide a consistently high-end, consultative experience that aligns with the brand’s identity, ensuring customers feel valued throughout their journey.
• Process Improvement: Log customer interactions and sales data accurately, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate on continuous improvements in customer experience and sales workflow.
• Post-Purchase Excellence: Manage all order-related concerns (tracking, returns, and exchanges) efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience that encourages immediate repeat sales.

Requirements

• Mandatory E-commerce Experience: At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience, comfortable with revenue-focused e-commerce support elements (upselling, recovery, sales conversion).
• Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and convert customer conversations into closed sales opportunities effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) and CRM/customer engagement tools is essential.
• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment.

Technical Requirements For Remote Work

• A dedicated PC or laptop with an i5 processor or a comparable modern equivalent.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for conducting clear, uninterrupted calls.
