De Rol
Als Rooster Management Adviseur (RMA) bij JC Zaanstad zorg jij samen met je collega-RMA niet alleen voor een effectieve capaciteitsplanning, maar fungeer je ook als volwaardig adviseur voor het MT en leidinggevend personeel. Je adviseert over verbeteringen binnen het strategische, tactische en operationele capaciteitsbeleid.
