Your Responsibilities:

• Manage food and beverage orders via phone or system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide guests with a refined and memorable dining experience in their rooms.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Passion for luxury hospitality and personalized service.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in F&B or Room Service in a luxury setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
