• Support AI governance, model risk, and risk framework design, including controls lifecycle management.
• Enhance oversight, controls, and compliance across risk functions.
• Deliver financial risk modeling, scenario analysis, and stress testing.
• Utilize data, automation, and machine learning to improve risk insights and decision-making.
• Design and refine operational risk frameworks, integrating data, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Assist clients in boosting resilience through enhanced controls and intelligent risk management.
• Facilitate the transition from proof-of-concept to production-grade AI, embedding machine learning into risk pipelines and deploying automated control testing.
• Develop auditable AI-driven solutions, including risk co-pilots.

• Experience in risk consulting or a risk function within banking, financial services, pension funds, or insurance.
• Strong foundation in Risk Governance & Oversight, Risk Analytics & Intelligence, and/or Operational Risk Management.
• Practical experience with AI or advanced analytics in a regulated environment (e.g., model development, deployment, validation, or governance).
• Familiarity with risk-related system implementations (e.g., credit origination, GRC tooling, risk data platforms).
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into clear business and technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior audiences.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
