In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the position of Risk & Audit Manager. You will be responsible for developing financial policies, internal controls, risk management, annual audits, and compliance. You will establish, maintain, and monitor the necessary frameworks, concepts, and tools. Additionally, you will analyze and report risks in business processes to the board of directors, management, and stakeholders, providing independent advice on improvement opportunities. You will also coordinate horizontal supervision and maintain contact with health insurers and internal stakeholders. The role is expected to require approximately 24 hours per week.

• Develop policies based on internal and external developments and advise on their implementation.
• Support year-end closings and audits, and conduct internal audits and process controls.
• Assist in identifying and documenting risks and advise on measures to manage these risks effectively.
• Conduct an organization-wide risk analysis annually, prepare the internal control plan, and ensure its implementation.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, maintain contacts with auditors and regulators, and exchange information.
• Focus on soft controls to contribute to the professionalization of the organization.

The role can be fulfilled in approximately three days a week, allowing for a combined role as a Business Controller, making it attractive for someone looking to develop further in risk and audit or gain more experience in business control.
