You thrive on understanding complex risks and developments, identifying which risks require further investigation or immediate action. This includes issues related to cybersecurity, the impact of AI on trading strategies and transparency, digital developments in the trading chain, concentration and fragmentation of market structures, sustainability, and the erosion of central price formation. You look beyond visible symptoms to uncover the underlying causes of risks, determining which developments warrant attention and how we can translate analyses into effective supervisory measures. Your analyses and recommendations will significantly contribute to strategic decision-making within Capital Markets, helping the organization to timely recognize, understand, and address risks.

• Identifying and highlighting relevant trends, risks, and potentially harmful innovations in the financial markets, including the department's annual risk analysis.
• Conducting explorations and analyses, both independently and in collaboration with supervisors, internal specialists, and external experts.
• Advising the management team to support strategic choices and prioritization.
• Strengthening risk-based supervision by contributing to new methodologies, analytical methods, and risk models that integrate data, supervisory information, and policy.
