De rol: In deze functie werk je op locatie in ons uitbesteed magazijn in Heijen, Nederland. Je vervult een sleutelpositie met als doel dat ons complexe retourproces (bijv. demontage, verzending naar voorraad/leverancier, afschrijven, enz.) en reworkdiensten (bijv. labelen, herverpakken, stapelen) kunnen worden uitgevoerd door onze 3PL-partner. Binnen het retour- en reworkgebied coördineer je de retouractiviteiten van de 3PL, stem je af met de commerciële bedrijven binnen METTLER TOLEDO (SBU/MO) over de retouren, los je problemen op, zorg je voor eerste ondersteuning (SAP-systeem/retouroperaties), identificeer, implementeer en stimuleer je verbeteringen.
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Zorgen voor een naadloze retour/rework-operaties.
- Eerste contact onsite ondersteuning voor retour/rework-problemen, bieden van praktische ondersteuning en probleemoplossing van systeem- en operationele problemen.
- Samenwerken met het bredere METTLER TOLEDO wereldwijde netwerk voor 2e en 3e lijns ondersteuning.
- Uitvoeren van procesanalyses en zorgen voor geïdentificeerde verbeteringen.
- Uitvoeren van IT-software/hardware verbeteringen met betrekking tot retouren in samenwerking met de 3PL- en IT-teams.
- Onderhouden van het lokale IT-netwerk en indien nodig probleemoplossing.
- Zorgen voor wereldwijde afstemming van gebruikte processen en tools.
- Ondersteunen en aandrijven van continue verbetercampagnes en trainingen met betrekking tot retouren.
- Ontwikkelen, vaststellen en onderhouden van standaarden (SOP's, WI's) in nauwe samenwerking tussen 3PL en METTLER TOLEDO.
