Complete routine retail pharmacy support tasks accurately using approved checklists and keep work artifacts traceable in the system of record. Maintain orderly, current records and logs; verify inputs for completeness and correct obvious errors prior to submission. Follow standard operating workflows precisely; escalate exceptions promptly to designated contacts with supporting information. Confirm task requirements, due dates, and handoffs with teammates; provide basic information using approved scripts and route out‑of‑scope requests appropriately. Adhere to assigned schedules and break periods; notify the supervisor of variances or capacity constraints. Identify routine issues such as missing data or mismatched fields and correct per instructions; suggest small improvements to checklists/templates for approval before adoption. Record and share lessons learned from common errors to prevent recurrence and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in performing routine support tasks in a hands‑on environment under close supervision, following defined procedures, or a related field required.
