As the Retail Area Manager, you will be the ambassador for our brand and values across all waterdrop® retail stores in your area. Your role involves driving commercial success by achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will monitor and analyze KPIs, lead and develop Store Managers, and ensure brand and operational standards are consistently executed.

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our core values in all retail locations.
• Drive commercial success by meeting sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
• Monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and implementing action plans for optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, including visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Drive local marketing initiatives and events to enhance footfall and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective communication across stores and departments.
• Manage priorities and resources for senior leadership visits, ensuring operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Vereisten

• Experience in a multi-store retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and commercial performance.
• Solid understanding of KPIs with the ability to analyze performance and drive improvements.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing retail teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of influencing operational and commercial outcomes.
• Flexible and adaptable, experienced in managing change in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple stores.
• Resilient and solution-oriented, proactive in addressing challenges.
• Based in Belgium with flexibility to travel across the Benelux region.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; proficiency in additional Benelux languages is a plus.
